Who may use this service

Kidsfunmaniya is made for young children, but the account is not. Accounts are for adults: you must be 18 or older and be the parent or legal guardian of the child who uses the app.

Your child never signs in. There is no login, no profile and no messaging for them — they simply use the app on your device.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

One account is for one family. Sharing your sign-in details so that other households can use a single subscription is not permitted.

What you get

Without subscribing you can use a free sample of every section — two stories, two poems, two games, and the first cards of each letter and number deck.

A subscription opens everything. We add and change content over time; the exact set of stories, poems and games is not fixed and may grow or be revised.

The app speaks aloud using the voice built into your device. Whether Hindi or English speech is available, and how it sounds, depends on your device and is outside our control.

Content and ownership

The stories are retellings of Aesop's fables and the Panchatantra, and the English nursery rhymes are traditional — all long in the public domain. The Hindi poems marked "मौलिक" were written for this app. The pictures come from the Twemoji set, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.

The app itself, its text, its design and its original content belong to Nio Entertainment. You may use them within the app; you may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass payment, take content out of the app, disrupt the service, or use it in any unlawful way.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, or that is being shared beyond one family.

What we do not promise

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it is always available or always free of faults.

Kidsfunmaniya is an educational toy, not a curriculum, an assessment, or a substitute for teaching. We make no claim about the learning outcomes any particular child will have.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you — pricing, or how your data is handled — we will say so in the app before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts there.
